Some amazing personal finance tools that I’ve found cool or helpful. Updated 7/19.

www.mint.com
Manage your money, pay your bills and track your credit score, all in one place with Mint. Bonus for Mint: get the custom adblock filter to improve your user experience 10x.

www.personalcapital.com
Similar to Mint, but offering a more year to year view of wealth, instead of just Mint which is more day to day focused. I use both.

www.chase.com
Has some awesome tech and apps and services like Zelle or creating multiple checking accounts to use with the Jar System.

www.truebill.com
Allows you track subscriptions and utilities and see what’s getting out of hand and bleeding you dry.

www.mileiq.com
Amazing mileage tracking for write-offs, one of the best offerings I’ve seen for this. Worth hundreds of dollars a year in ROI for most people.

Other:

www.simple.com
Simple is reinventing online banking with modern web and mobile experiences, no surprise fees, and great customer service. Simplify your finances.

www.acorns.com
Invest spare change automatically from everyday purchases into a diversified portfolio.

www.circle.com
Circle is a digital currency company that makes it easy to exchange, store, send and receive bitcoin.

www.xero.com
Even though this is for business accounting technically and may seem irrelevant or overkill. My goal is to eventually start using this personally since it’s relatively affordable, automatable, extensible and integrates with a lot of other software through Zapier etc, and would provide a really high quality approach to personal finance.
